  • Providing flyer and letterbox distribution services

  • Confirming bookings and issuing job acceptance emails

  • Generating invoices and processing payments (via Xero or other platforms)

  • Managing delivery schedules and proof-of-delivery reports

  • Communicating with clients and providing customer support

  • Complying with legal obligations (tax, workplace, safety, record-keeping)

  • Client Records: Retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance.

  • Distribution Data (GPS, photos): Retained for 12 months unless required longer for disputes.

  • Employee/Contractor Records: Retained for 7 years post-employment/contract.

  • Marketing Data: Retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

This data is not shared outside of these purposes.

Some of our service providers (e.g., cloud storage, email services) may store data overseas. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with Australian law.
